The CBD meme is real though. I had insomnia for years (not sleeping at all or only 3 to 4h/night) and a good amount of anxiety. I did all the natural shit i could (sport, eating well, meditation) and nothing worked. Since i didn't want to take (((medication))) i said "fuck it let's try CBD". I've been taking CBD oil for 20 days, i'm sleeping 6 to 7 hours/night, my anxiety is almost gone, i'm in a really good mood and my motivation is going through the roof. Weed make me super anxious and paranoid, so try CBD (in any form) instead of THC strains if you want to stay productive.

CBD is honestly what (((they))) are afraid of. While THC is physically addictive, it certainly does have a mental hold on some people. Its easy to quit imo, but I know many people who don't want to do anything without being high first. Simply eating CBD oil is god tier though, non psycho active, no side effects, helps manage arthritis, blood pressure, diabetes, chronic pain, headaches, anxiety, seizures, MS, and inflammation in general. That's just a fraction of its uses. Pure CBD strains of cannabis or hemp are easy to grow and literally anyone could extract the oil themselves with basic supplies. This shit probably terrifies big pharma if it ever became mainstream.
