My 1909 Catholic Encyclopedia basically says no good Catholic man or woman could support women's suffrage. Why? Because it presents further schism and strife within the family. One vote per family is not a terrible idea, but what of female run households? Long before the single-thother epidemic, widows often ran households. Why deny them the right to vote? I think the problem with limited suffrage advocates is that they are almost always without sufficient nuance to run their hypothetical system through a single election without numerous unanticipated problems.

On the macro scale women contribute basically nothing to a successful civilisation. Oh sure they can work in offices and service industries, but can they build your cities? Can they pave your roads? Things are the other way around these days. You need an incentive to encourage WOMEN to settle down with a man, and taxation won't do that. Slashing all the free gibs available to women would help, but since women are allowed to vote that's not going to happen.
