I've been dating a girl for a little while that is, on paper, exactly what I look for in a woman; strong traditional values, desire to be a mother, can think for herself, isn't controlled by kike propaganda, is a virgin, and loves to cook. On top of that, physically she's very attractive and has a great body.
However, she is of southeast asian descent.
Lately she's been talking about wanting to get married and have a family with me but I don't know, racism aside, there is a certain desire I have to be with someone with the same culture and heritage as myself. I worry we might not ever be able to fully get each other due to our different cultures and that might have a negative effect on our kids.

She was in an abusive home. She moved in with me when I was in the first year of my enlistment. Her family disowned her, and gave us no help, even though her two sisters got their degrees paid for, etc.
I was deployed several times, trusted her to get her shit together, but she was too spoiled to work or to clean or to cook. I still loved her though, and wanted to try to help her reach her potential.
Things didn't get any better until recently. I got out of the military, she got a good job as the manager of a restaurant, and I'm going to college. But... she's taken up drinking pretty heavily, and might be using pills... a lot of the time she's just totally faded.
I don't know how to help her and at this point I'm tired of covering for her. I just want a woman who appreciates me and is on the same wavelength.

It may depend on OP's and his potential wife's personalities. Some people don't care if they fit in, while to other people it matters a lot. People who do care about fitting in should not have mixed-race kids, because their kids will also care, but be unable to fit in.
Try being honest with her. Tell her how much you're bothered by her drinking and by how she doesn't want to have kids and anything else there is, and emphasize how much it bothers you to the point where you might leave. And if she mentions something you do that bothers her and she actually has a valid point about it, work on that. Don't mention the black girl or any other affairs you might've had.

I think she probably has BPD. One more reason not to have kids. Sometimes she's totally UP, just talking 1000 miles an hour and making these hard to follow mental leaps that I don't understand, knocking things over and throwing things and just being insane.

I was in the same position you were in. I have been dating a Filipino woman for six years. Some time in the relationship I have had the same concerns as you. Believe it or not, this board is right about a lot of stuff in regards to race and compatibility of cultures. A part of me does not even support interracial couples, little ironic considering I am in one myself.
I say this mainly for a couple of reasons.
1.) relationships fail more often than not even among the same race especially in this modern world, let alone two different races and cultures colliding creates more conflict thus resulting in a higher probability of failure.
2.) The kids. It is of deep concern that my children will have identity issues and may live in a world differently than myself because they technically would be viewed as "asian" when in fact they would be half white. This is when parenting comes into play, strong traditional values regardless of race will beat the stigmas and kikery in this world we see today. Manufacture real confidence in them to cast down whatever evil is in front of them telling them they aren't good enough based on their whatever victimization method the world tells them.
The main thing I had to come to terms with was I would never find anyone better than my girlfriend because I love her jungle gook white washed ass and that was hard to come to terms with. She has never ending love for me probably the closest thing to Christ I will find manifested in some chink. Don't let these people on this board make you over think your relationship to ruin based on your race. Love transcends all, for how gay that sounds but it is true. I cam to terms that I would swallow the fact that we would have culture differences, my kids may be fucked up being mixed race, on top of financial issues, family issues, cancer, the deaths of loved ones.
