Honestly that Adjarian Khachapuri doesn't look as good as it should be. If you will ever visit Georgia eating a Khinkali is a must. Also if you will have a chance, don't miss the Georgian Supra, it's a great tradition,where you will be able to taste some good stuff from my country,including the Georgian wine. If you don't know, Georgia is the oldest wine making country by the way.
