The entire indicment is Democrat fiction. The biggest lies are that Russian military agents hacked the DNC emails (it was Seth Rich who leaked them to Assange) without ever having interviewed Assange (who released them) OR Kim Dotcom (who submitted a formal request to testify and offer evidence that to Mueller that Seth was the leaker but was ignored). Without any authentic evidence, the indictment charges Russian nationals for operating "Guccifer 2.0" Wordpress and Twitter accounts and blames this group of Russian military agents as the source for all of the DNC and Podesta leaked emails. Not true, as anyone who has read the full independent analyses and investigations into the Guccifer 2.0 accounts, released "documents", and understands the significance of the documented data transfer rates from the DNC servers, already knows.
