I’m a capitalist carnivore, working class citizen that supports big corporations and their interests above my own because I’m a boomer and I’m still afraid of the Soviet Union despite my years of taking pills and even trying cia approved lsd in 1963. As someone who aknowledges that I eat too much meat I’m willing to admit that at the very least. Our ancient ancestors weren’t consuming masses of meat every day like we are today, it really is unhealthy and realistically we shouldn’t even be eating daily meals. Once or twice a week with miles of walking in between, that’s how humans used to live. Surely a less extreme version of their diet would be the ideal but alas on Jow Forums where Jewish psyops are the norm, the lot of you choose to scarf down loads of meat only out of spite of veganism which is associated with liberalism. If you for a second think that because the narrative comes from the right that it’s not Jewish treachery then you still have a lot to learn about how they work. It depends. Top Sirloin I usually like med. rare. New Jersey strips, I tend to like well done. T-bone and Filet Mignon I like rare.

But with steaks, it depends on how tender the cut is at the time. The more tender, the more rare I like it.

So disprove it then, there’s plenty of evidence to suggest that hunter gatherer societies were unable to sustain a stable amount of food and depended on “hunting and gathering” hence the name, hunting is not a 100% guarantee and neither is gathering as herbs and berries were not always present and game was constantly moving and traveling after food themselves. If you were lucky you’d eat a big meal on the day you killed something and some berries and grasses in between until who knows when you got the next kill. Keep in mind a lot of it had to be distributed to the rest of the pack, so there was no way you were eating a 2000 calorie meal at any point.

Yeah, I usually just do canned whenever I'm hungry, never really stick to a breakfast, lunch, dinner type schedule. I usually get Louisiana hot sauce flavored, but oil or water never hurts.
