However, IQ is far from the only important thing that matters racial differences, and a genotypic IQ of a population only needs to be at a certain level to be functional, an average IQ of say, 115 in a population probably doesn't get you that much farther than one of 115, there are likely diminishing returns after a while, they aren't mystically going to be flying to space while the rest of the world is in uber-poverty.
Things like social trust of a population are arguably much more important than mean IQ.
