After just attending mass this evening, I don't understand why we aren't better bros. Catholics and Orthodox share so many traditions, and it seems that despite the quibbles, we carry the same message. Even the Protestants are simply trying to find their way the best they know how.

The reason is your brand uses original sin to guilt you into confessing all of your sins to someone who is "more connected to god" so you don't go to hell. Catholics turned religion into a game of politics instead of what it should be, an expression of gratitude towards god and love for your fellow man.
