See if any employers will sponsor you for a work visa. Then you can work towards a green card through the employer. Your other options are being rich and investing half a million (or whatever the figure is), going through the lottery system (won't work if you're white), or marrying a burger.
You can buy property no problem. If you want to actually live there for more than 6 months at a time, you need to get a green card. Go online and look it up on the official immigration site instead of asking on Jow Forums.
