>They're American citizens No, that has never been decided by SCOTUS. Guess what will happen when it is, now that we have a CONSERVATIVE majority. ;D
Kevin Brown
>can't deport them Damn well can. Reunite them with their parent across the border, or tell the assholes that laid the dumb bastards in this country that the kids are on the same rules as a dog pound, and they have 2 weeks before we gas them all
Wtf are you taking about? They literally have birth certificates
Adam Ortiz
They can go with their parents or stay here. Parents have to go tho
Charles Anderson
We certainly can deport the children. Birthright citizenship has never actually been argued to apply to the children of non-resident aliens. It is the norm that we extend it, but that has never actually been brought before the court as far as I'm aware.
That would be a good change though. If neither of your parents were citizens you don't get to be either. Simple as that.
sending the kids home with their parents isnt deportation it's just the obvious solution. They'll still have their duel citizenship and can come back when they're adults.

>Temporary Protected Status(TPS) >Temporary
Jayden Cruz
>they're american citizens No they aren't you stupid sack of shit.
Parker Cox
Remind me why we separate hundreds of thousands of US born children from their felon mothers and fathers?
its downright creepy to see how easy it is for women and s0ys to be manipulated thru star wars and harry potter into thinking they are all captain han solo picard fighting against trump vader who has enslaved every child in the galaxy
And millions of illegals have drivers license and voting rights in california. Just becuase you think you have moral superiority does not make your argument any more valid. >deport or get the rope
Hunter Nguyen
>They're American citizens NOPE
Evan Gomez
>They literally have birth certificates
so did obama, and he wasn't a citizen either
Luke Wright
Wow! When you put it like that it almost seems like a threat. Let us stay or we'll fuck shit up!
Parker Nguyen
Anchor babys technically don't exist in the constitution.
Juan Clark
How's this for an idea- children born to illegals don't get birth certificates from now on, instead they get deported. if either of the parents are legally US citizens, they get deported too for aiding an illegal. simple.
Adrian Evans
It's funny how no one is outraged when actual citizens are separated from their children when they commit a crime, yet it's a travesty when it's illegals.
Landon Sanders
WHATEVER IS GOING ON HE HAS MY FULL SUPPORT.
Charles Ortiz
How many non-whites do we have to take? Its just a never-ending flood of shit that we don't have to take anymore.
>american citizens oh innocent teenager, your delusions are sweet. They are still delusions.
Was there any documentation that they were born here? If so than the hospital performed an illegal act by allowing illegal citizens to go there for treatment.
So either all the hospital or government works knew or didn't know. If they knew they are all felons for accessory to a felony offense. If they didn't know the child is not a U.S. citizen because no documentation.
sweet sweet summer child.
Cameron Turner
>They're American citizens This is the problem. When will you mutts figure this out. Get rid of birthright citizenship (a completely insane concept that even the most immigrant loving european country don't have) and you don't have anchor babies. You don't have anchor babies and there's zero problems kicking out these shitskin brats.
I don't support breaking up families (I only feel bad for the kids though, they're the victims of irresponsible parents) but this whole issue wouldn't exist in the first place if the US wasn't an insane racemixing cesspool.
Jeremiah Davis
>>REEEEEE DEPORT THE KIDS >They're American citizens
wut? If their parents are Haitian, for example, the kids automatically have Haitian citizenship as well even if they were born abroad.
Damn well can deport their asses back with their parents. Then once they turn 18 if the kids want to come back to the US and take advantage of their dual citizenship (assuming SCOTUS hasn't overturned birthright citizenship by then), that's their choice.
Kevin Allen
>If you don't give them gibs, they will riot and steal. The state of things.
Elijah Walker
Daily reminder that this was signed into law under Clinton in the 90's.
Juan Stewart
>increased policing and prisons We could just fight a race war and exterminate the little mongrels
Benjamin Green
>anchor babies >American citizens JUST
Henry Sanchez
>they’re American citizens They can go back with their parents.
Tyler Hall
Wow, birth certificates. That's totally official man
Andrew Miller
>Enjoy your increased criminal population
Just more chances to practice the second amendment.
Conservative doesn't mean alt right trump supporters The notion that all men are born equal is a conservative idea. It doenst matter if youre born to illegals or born citizens; you have the same rights in America
Dominic Powell
>temporary protected status Talk about false advertising Clearly they never intended for it to be temporary
Josiah Watson
The only way to stop the anchor baby phenomenon is to remove the incentive that mexicans have to travel to the US to have their kids. You either change the law so kids born there aren't US citizens or you remove the parents from their kids.
If what the parents REAAALLY care about is giving their kids a better life they might still go to the US to have the child though.
