Idaho will be one of the last to fall but the actual last to fall will be rural Alaska. I spent last November driving around the state. Talkeetna was an amazing tiny little town. If you were thinking about the North East I would suggest NH. It's 10x more based than VT or ME, looks the same, and has really lax gun laws. It's the only semi conservative state in the North East really. Just stay away from the coastal cities.

Sure thing. I'm not a city person so I steer clear of them, but mid sized towns are ok. I personally prefer the comfy smaller towns that are tourist oriented, like Conway orFranconia. Littleton is also great, but anything around the White Mountain National Forest is golden. Conway is my personal fav.
