Why not cut out the middleman and have a constitutional monarchy with a chancellor, the monarch could represent the church and have the power to dissolve the parliament if they try to pass some poz ruling.
Well it would be a complicated situation, you would have to be treated the same as a foreign state in terms of borders, and there would have to be some sort of informal agreement that the poz can't get out of hand (aka childsex waterparks), but it might turn out to be a net positive, you survive in anCapistan you would have to be of a certain mindset and have the mental savy to make your living without state support, so it would attract those who would find NatSocville intolerable. After a few years the two countries would become very distinct as a people.

I think I've figured out how to mix AnCap, NatSoc and Monarchism in the Context of the USA.
Local Governments (city and town councils) are given most of the power. This will somewhat appease the AnCaps.
State governments are lead by Dukes. It is a hereditary position. They have actual power but it is limited by the national and local governments.
The National government is controlled by the National Socialist Party.
