why do mutts build their houses out of (((softwood))) and plastic? they're built to last 50 years tops. it's clearly more hebraic planned obselesence. I go to europe and see whole cities that are centuries, nay, millennia old and still function as well as look beautiful. the average american neighborhood is soulless and forgettable ticky-tacky
Why do mutts build their houses out of (((softwood))) and plastic? they're built to last 50 years tops...
jews
The interiors of those euro buildings usually get remodeled with the same cheap trash
Checked
because they'll be dead by the time it falls down
Why do arabs throw on US VPNs, and then call people "mutts?"
The tyvek serves as a vapor barrier and the plywood they use nowadays is hard af. It's composite wood that's way stronger than wood used to be in the days of yore
>t. boomer with $500,000 mortgage on his cardboard shanty
days of yore meaning the 50's? actual hardwood will last a century or more if it's treated properly. the tyvek is plastic consumable trash like the drywall, plastic and foam mouldings, shitwood trim etc.
because it's faster easier and cheaper to build/renovate/expand, a house doesn't need to last centuries to be good
it literally does though
Full House wins.
My house was built in 1941. Fucking quality construction. I compare it to the houses around that were built in the 80s and 90s, and they're all falling apart.
>Build house with materials that cost bout three fiddy (+tip)
>Selling price is 300,000 (tip not included) McDollers
>House melts away in 10 years
>Repeat and make shitloads of dosh
Lol, centuries old? I didnt know that we made it to 2045 already.
IT'S BEEN 100 YEARS SINCE THE END OF WW2!!!!!
FYI, euro houses use less wood because they dicked their own supply with half a century of war.
plenty of cities older than that, you retarded mutt
>hebraic planned obselesence
i think you mean proper respect to capitalism, commie. doing anything other than chasing maximum profit at minimum expense is being a dirty socialist
because that plastic is a modern fucking marvel.
It's fun seeing Euros shit on stick built houses they know nothing about. No way I'd build a concrete house, stick built is far superior if you ever want to change anything in the house ever.
The house only melts away if they wrapped it too tight so moisture can't escape or you dont upkeep the exterior.
You're not expected to own a house for 50 years lol
and modern roofing materials are damned amazing. those composite, thick shingles will most certainly last a century and dont retain as much heat as older roofs
KO-ALA-TEE construction right here. you just gotta upkeep it, bro
>lasvegas.jpg
you should expect to pass your house down to your children. this western sentiment doesn't apply to your straw hut though, you're right
the ceramic coating will be long gone by that time if you live in an area with any amount of rainfall
boise actually. I've seen people get those fake lawns installed and they melt as well. our obsession with plastic is truly disgusting
>be European
>pay 1500 pounds a month for a walk in closet with no air conditioning
>die of heat stroke when it hits 29°C
>forget to pay TV license
>go to jail
>but muh free healthcare
>pay 50% taxes and wait 8 months to see a doctor
>die of a skinned knee infection
>be underage and b&
>live with mom and dad
>brag about living in suburbia
go to the gym, you underage faggot
i went to boise last summer for a job, i was honestly surprised it got up to liek 105 up there. didnt expect that.
Took me forever to find a builder that would use block. Everyone else I talked with gave me the dumbest looks. One even asked if I "was one of those preppers".
Best part of my suburb is the 100yr old stone cottages
My house was built in 1909
>all these implications
It's okay son. Summerschool will be over soon.
SAGE
HOLY SHIT HALF OF THE THREADS TODAY ARE PASTAS
Houses in Florida are made from cinderblocks. The stick frame construction is actually very sturdy. Wood is a very strong material which should be obvious considering trees can grow hundreds of feet tall.
your wrists are an abomination
>Building a masonry home in a fucking earthquake zone
...and this is why hundreds of Italians die every time one of their towns has a minor temblor.
I'm from a small coastal town and most of our houses are made out of old asbestos boards and metal.
They stand through fire and withstand 100knot winds straight off the ocean
Those clear mags dryrot and break, fyi. They should be fine if you continue to never take them outside though.
>retards who have never built a house in the U.S. before
>acting like they know what they're talking about
retards go back to your jobs at Burger King or being stupid NEETs
I'm a general contractor
there are houses built with wood studs that are well over 100 years old. also, that's way too long for a house to last, imo.
why?
>lancer L7 AWMs
>bad
Aha.Hahahaha. HA. HAHAHAHAHAHA! Spotted the airsoft kiddie. I bet you think suppressors reduce your range and damage too.
i think one of the main issues back in the day was when we kinda stopped being able to use hardwood for home construction, then we switched to pine. lumber treatment has improved dramatically since then, but people still have this affliction towards treated pine. granted, oak is definitely more aesthetic
