These are the main problems we have:

It's probably because Brazil never had a policy of segregation after slavery was abolished in 1888 so they didn't feel as "oppressed" and reminded of their inequality constantly like in the US South. A massive self-identified mixed population who were the majority also bridged the gap between White and Black, which the US didn't have, where due to the "one-drop rule" you were either White or Black.

The vast majority of the brown and black population in Brazil lived in the North and West and were never really a minority like blacks in the US South. They also didn't have a "great migration" to the Brazillian South after Europeans started immigration to occur there (Sao Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul etc.) so they didn't have to create ghettos and allow resentment over jobs and social services to grow, like happened in Northern US cities, which allowed movements like Nation of Islam
, Moorish Science Temple of America
and Black Hebrew Israelites (which had a large historic role in fermenting anti-white hatred in US blacks) to develop. Brazil is also Catholic where everyone has to worship in the same churches and submit to the same priesthood and clergy, which also connects the minorities to the wider European and Latin American world, whereas Blacks in the US were Protestant Christians, where they could start their own segregated ministries, which allowed more extreme anti-white ideologies like the movements listed above to develop, often with a spiritual justification.

This impulse then became politicised after the civil rights movement since the 60s, and was adopted by immigrant groups who came afterwards (Hispanics, Asians, Jews) and bourgeois White leftists which manifested into modern SJWism. Brazil is also starting to adopt this new politicised minority grievance outrage culture, but mostly as an import from America and as the blacks and browns have started to immigrate into majority White territories in the South since the 60s.

With regards to comparison with Western Europe, minorities in Western Europe are immigrants who arrived since the 50s from territories colonised by those countries, usually with civil wars for independence, so of course they could have some grievances. Add the fact they were splintered amongst other immigrant groups in a majority White population that was much wealthier than them and then adopting social justice outrage culture from the US since the 60s and you can see how the minority population in Europe become antagonistic to the White native population. Further immigrant groups from countries not colonised by European powers like in Sweden then also adopt this mentality, which exacerbates the problem. Also, add Islam to the mix which is inherently divisive and confrontational for more resources. Brazil's minorities are Catholic, which helps integration with other ethnic groups, rather than Muslim, which hampers it.

So in conclusion
- Brazillian minorities aren't Muslim
- They weren't segregated from majority White populations after slavery was abolished in 1888 and were the majority in the North, which gave them 100+ years to get over slavery
- Majority mixed population who help bridge the gap between Black, White and Amerindian
- Catholic instead of Protestant, so all ethnic groups have to worship together, rather than splinter off into isolated churches where anti-White ideologies can begin to develop
- No "Great migration" from the brown and black North to the white South in the 1930s, so no ghettos and resentment against the new immigrant White population
- The brown North wasn't colonised by the white South, but mostly just left to themselves
- Minority population only speak Portugese and are geographically isolated, so they can't relate to other minority civil rights movements in the rest of the world
- Hedonistic African + Portuguese culture allowed to spread in North, rather than forced to adapt repressed Anglo culture, like in the US
