Because like all FBI pieces of shit if he can't find a real crime on Trump he will get him on "obstruction of justice" or "lying to the FBI". If you say ANYTHING to the FBI and they can get someone else to contradict your story (even a known liar) they will charge you with this.
This is how they "get you" when they have NO CASE. Ask Martha Stewart. This is also how they "get you" after they have spent MILLIONS investigating you and still have jack shit, so they don't look bad. Mueller has done this dozens of times, sometimes using "informants" to prove "lying".
