BMD-4 is only 15t and fits well in any Philippine terrain as well as swimming like a duckie since we need something like that in our archipelagic country. It can go from jihadi infested shithole Sulu, our comfy northern mountainous region, to just regular shithole Manila without a hitch.
We could also buy T-72B3 since it's cheap, modern, and perfect for our manlet army and it's probably offered by your government as well but it's already 42-46t I think.
Why haven't these fuckfaces realized that they are insignificant and that burgers are just propping them up?
What are they smoking?

why >Hmm Israel has good relations with US and Russia, so why care....or is the plan some 3Dshekelchess to play US and Russia against each other? that'd be retarded
>Technically, BMP-3 is infantry fighting vehicle, but in fact - light tank with infantry I know, but my the point is that if you are going for a tank, go all the way instead of opting for "light" ones.
Heck, MBTs have proven time and time again their usefulness on the modern battlefield and I do believe that they will still be vital in the far future.
Export T-72M from late 70's from East European warehouses costs 200k$ (with major repairs, without modernization). There are shitload of aftermarket tuning for T-72, so your country can make a tank for Philippines conditions.

Damn I’m tempted to pop over there, really need some anti-fungal cream rn

oh, thx. I kinda lost track when what starts

I understand that that armor is a piece of weaponry designed for desantikis. But our army fights in jungle, rivers, lakes, and lately in urban areas with terribly narrow streets where an almost 20t hardware can't go. I guess that's why BMD-4 is in the running. 100mm+30mm armament on a 13-tonner tank is big since we don't have to have a mobile gun system to pair with a light armor with an autocannon just to fuck up ISIS wannabes hiding behind a wall where .50 cal normally can't penetrate. Hard lessons were learned in Marawi.
Cameron Sullivan
>Hard lessons were learned in Marawi Yeah, your army took 105 mm howitzers to direct fire, under sniper and machine-gun fire.
>.50 cal >BMD-4 Eh....
Elijah Powell
>Yeah, your army took 105 mm howitzers to direct fire, under sniper and machine-gun fire.
Since we only have shitcock M113/Simba APCs (all APCs within the 12t limit) armed with .50 cal to contend with, there were not a lot of options to deal with entrenched terrorists. We can't also rain artillery and bombs due to muh mosques and "hostages".
>Export T-72M from late 70's from East European warehouses costs 200k$ (with major repairs, without modernization). Ooh la la, long-range hot 'n' heavy buttsecks for our own commies and ISIStards.
We might need to ink some agreements like what we did with Russia though, but that is fine. The ammo though, how much for HE-FRAG rounds?
>There are shitload of aftermarket tuning for T-72, so your country can make a tank for Philippines conditions. Noice, though my only concern is the T-72's thin underside and the carousel autoloader.
But those are solvable.
Jordan Wright
#Breaking: Iron Dome batteries were also just seen heading north towards #Tzfat and Kiryat Shemona. #Israel is truly concerned about a war on both fronts.
>shitcock M113/Simba APCs Why your country just didn't buy BTR-80? 14.5 KPVT/7.62 PK within turret, diesel engine and up to 15 km/h on water. There are also shitload of aftermarket for this APC.
>Sorry, I don't follow. Thin armor based on aluminum alloy. Protection only from 7.62.
>American and allied total inflicted casualties upon ISIS: >82,931+ Killed >Syrian, Russian, Iranian, Hezbollah Terrorists, and Shia Terrorist Militias combined inflictied casualties upon ISIS: >4767+ Killed America defeated ISIS.
>How's Al-Qaeda doing? planning how to purge degeneracy from Bulgaria, or at least I hope so
Alexander Cruz
>Why your country just didn't buy BTR-80?
Because sucking American cock is a national past time and talking to both Russian MIC and government only started 2 years ago. If it were up to people with half a brain, the lack of heavy weaponry, affordable yet effective fixed-wing and rotary aircraft, and submarines would have been fixed more than 20 years ago. Just like a country with a tad weaker economy like Vietnam did.
>Thin armor based on aluminum alloy.
Oh so that's what it means. That indeed poses a problem even though the enemy doesn't have a lot of arms more than 7.62mm since heavy arms are hard to come by for them. Even their handheld "anti-armor" are just rare old RPG-2s. I imagine our doctrine would be having an M113 lead to have BMD behind if they were to buy those. Anyway, BMP-3 indeed would really make a lot of sense in terms of protection.
Joshua Richardson
>carousel autoloader Not a big problem, if you load shells only in autoloader. >thin underside Wat?
Also, if you want even more lighter MBT - see T-64. Pros: only 38 t, more shells in autoloader, better "stock" fire control system, similar protection level. Cons: vertical autoloader, 5(6)TDF engine, less available tuning, demanding for tankers and maintenance personnel quality
Brayden Jones
>Why your country just didn't buy BTR-80? The M113s were from the 'nam era and the GKN Simbas were from the '80s or '90s IIRC. At that time our burger overlords forbade us from having ties and agreements with the Russians due to the cold war and because most of the officials inna flip military are burger lapdogs.
Hence, no Russian equipment. The only recent Russian-made hardware that our troopers got to use was when we got those AKMs and Urals from Russia after the inking of an agreement between philippines and russia.
Levi Sanders
From the perspective of the "FSA", the entire north-eastern front is collapsing and effectively, the Al-Harah/Namir/Jasim urban axis has fallen.
The only option other then surrendering en-masse, is to fall back to a much shorter frontline and heavily fortify Nawa with everything they've got to distract the SAA and force them to divert resources to eliminate this potential hornet's nest.
turns out it was written left to right, which I assume means it was done in Photoshop by someone who can't read Hebrew and neither can Cohen. Pathetic diaspora Jews who can't even read their own alphabet.
>Wat? The underside is vulnerable to IEDs. It needs a bit more armor there. IIRC, the floor of the driver is the only area on the hull that is substantially thicker, compared to the rest of the hull.
A bit of additional armor plating to the whole underside would not hurt.
>T-64. Thanks, but no thanks.
Most of the people that have experience with that are either ded or are about to be ded.
ASShat ruined Syria with his mismanagement, ASShat sent the military to quell the protests, starting this war, ASShat funded ISIS, ASShat should step down immediately
Jonathan Peterson
>From the perspective of the "FSA", Well, wouldn't sticking to the Golan be a more prudent move since the SAA would be more cautious to prevent the isrealis from getting "excuses" to invade Syria for "reasons" other than "muh Golan"?
Nathaniel Walker
Oh yeah, I forgot.
Luis Richardson
All it takes is just one company of Russian military MP's to mingle with SAA forces and the SAA forces are rendered immune. Israel doesnt dare bombard Russian forces.

So many gains. It felt good editing the most recent frame.
>All it takes is just one company of Russian military MP's to mingle with SAA forces and the SAA forces are rendered immune. As long as Russia and Syria supports that and it has gone public.
Otherwise, it will be a slow and steady pace towards the Golan.
