I haven't had too bad of experiences, but I work in a really white city which helps.

I have a tranny co worker (male to female). He is on a shit load of drugs but is by no means passable. Last year another tranny was found dead in another city in my state and he was fucking inconsolable. He kept crying, "they are killing us! They are killing us." He had no relation to this other tranny, had never met this other tranny. Just an unstable guy, honestly.

Other than that we have a lot of women. 2 are good at their jobs, the others just bitch about Trump.

More or less, they're pretty much normal employees so aside from the fact there's less they just kind of sink into the background. I don't pay attention but then again they don't need any special paying attention too.

They are all talented and amiable people. I work in a high skill profession and we are all highly vetted. Thankfully I’m not a fucking moron and can recognize an exception to a rule.

We had a black co-worker. Dropped his pants in front of a female co-worker, passed out in his car toward the end of the shift smoking meth.

Had a criminal amount in his possession, was high as shit the entire day.

I do industrial assembly the company I work for pays great and has excellent benefits we are located in a predominantly black neighborhood.

it honestly depends a lot on the individual, since they don't have many strong role models in the community their own success is ultimately their own problem. i work in sales and marketing and some of my best employees have been black. but some of the worst have too.

I'm sure they were terrible at their job cuz LOL black One supervisor who was black I remember making me wait like 5 minutes in her fucking office while she checked some dumb shit on her computer, it was totally rude.
2) black co-worker at a temp job in 96ish. Was sure that OJ was innocent, would listen to 'black people music' on the radio every other day and traded off with the white workers. Seemed OK I guess.
3) worked at a pretty decent tech job. One black girl there who was in charge of getting the coke fridges stocked told me to do it myself while she tlaked to another black on the phone. Another co-worker would do weird shit and wear shirts with holes in them. Turned out he was legit on crack. I still stay in touch with him, actually. Nice guy.
4) another tech job. blacks worked in archives. Their one white co-worker was driven crazy by their laziness. The black guy I worked with flat out told everyone if he were fired he'd sue for a raycism. Laziest POS on earth.
5) had a black assistant. Nice enough, just lazy AF.
6) black co-worker at a tech job. Brought in huge bags of weed, would smoke blunts and never share a bit. Had kids he never paid for. Lazy POS horrible at his job.
7) black coworker at a tech job this last year. She bs'ed her way onto the job and couldn't perform. When called out on it she cried and went home. I probably helped her more than I should have. She's incompetent but her blackness and socialness got her thorugh mostly.
Overall, I wish for the days when we could hire on competence.

We dont have niggers here in my company. The only niggers I see are driving their bikes or hanging around a local grocery store. The only time my company hired some niggers (they were 8 niggers) was through an external company. They were tasked to move a few (6) desks 1 level down and it took them over 8 hours. Could have done the job with a white coworker in 30 mins (including a break for cigarettes).

Yes, blacks are the worst to work with. They're the reason that there is a problem with people using the bathroom, because they slip off and go sit on the toilet stall for a half hour...every hour. They like to get into groups, bullshit and block aisles so other people can't work. I suspect they do this on purpose. They don't show up for work on time, or at all. The thing is that the number of black people in my workplace is actually closer to the 14% that is to be expected. I know from experience, however, that some stores tend to be curiously staffed by nothing BUT blacks and women, in areas that aren't even majority black. I think what happens there is a leadership problem where some suburbanite black person gets into a hiring position and sees nothing but a bunch of "underprivileged promise" where there is, in fact, none.
This is just a hypothesis.

I work in the warehouse of a major auto parts factory and have several black coworkers, and they're all good at their jobs and generally good to work with. We get a lot of useless ones off the street though, since turnover is very high here, and the useless blacks are far more useless than the useless whites.

I was an inspector on a large building construction project at a major university. I remember there was a black guy that handled the end of the concrete pump. I thought he was a very hard worker. That was about 1993. Since then I've built about $3B worth of projects. Have not encountered any of them that put forth any effort since then.

I have several and it’s a bit complicated. Deantae is for all accounts a nog, he talks poorly and has no ability to accept responsibility. However he does seem to be a dedicated father. Chris talks well and seems intelligent but he a drug dealer on the side in the Austin neighborhood in Chicago. He’s totally going to get shot someday. Loads of others have been there. My favorite coworker is a negro. He works had and isn't afraid to go out on a limb to problem solve. I am on a crew with him and a white weeb who is lazy and always deflects blame onto other. The black is far preferable. He is of course an exception but my employer is very selective about who they hire for our position so of course we would only get the cream of the crop anyway.

Working with African Americans is the best dude. They make you laugh non stop, and if you're not some cuck, they will be pretty cool to you. They assume authority as natural leaders, and aren't your typical push over who tells on you about dumb shit. They help make the work environment generally more fun in my opinion.
Of course if you work with ones you don't like, there's a chance you are no different, as you're just a group of ass holes all working at the same shit show.
