1. There's no solid evidence Trump colluded with Russia.
2. Russia certainly hacked the DCCC, DNC, and Hillary campaign.
Trump only believes 1, and thus disbelieves 2. Democrats believe 2 and thus don't believe 1. Both are wrong.
With that said, only Trump is the president - and his behavior today was self-serving and utterly grotesque.
