Is working out at the gym completely unnatural? You wouldn’t have those muscles in your normal life with your normal routine. You are the equivalent of a monkey going out of his daily routine. Only reason your that size is because you pick up and lower heavy things over and over like an autist.

Do you want to be strong? Then lift natural and have a corresponding diet. That's not autistic, you can listen to podcasts or other stuff while getting your muscles work. It's the fastest way to get a developed physique, there's simply nothing that will get you more progress in the same period of time other than a good gym routine. You won't become a superman, and you won't be a good fighter just because you lift, you gotta learn how to kick and punch (which isn't hard), and it's probably too much if you have a manual labor job, but otherwise, if you want to be a real man, that's the best option.

im podgy, but i can admit that when i lift weights and drop some fat then I feel great. so just get fit first then lift.

I always saw gyms as unnecessary and a place for fags to meet up and check each other out.

If you want to get strong and have functional strength, go and fucking work. That's where it's at. Physical work, chopping wood, working the fields, digging and building- that's how your ancestors got their strength and how you should do it too.

My physique is nothing impressive, but I built my strength on pushups and physical labor since I was 15.

Preparing your body is as important as preparing your mind. Exercise is an education for your body.

body weight exercises like pull ups, chin ups and push ups are better than meme building. Wall sits with weight and planking with weight are good, squats are good too

Not all of us live near the countryside, lifting weights and body weight exercises have compound strength, also swimming is good

I wholeheartedly disagree. you will never achieve the same T levels doing bodyweight workouts that you can just by squatting, deadlifting, and benching.

I live in a city, with a small garden and such. I talk about stuff as basic construction work and such.

You're right, swimming is great, especially if you want to get lean.
