Ever seen total fertility rates (TFRs), user? I did, a few years ago. In developed countries, a TFR of 2.1 is necessary to maintain a population (two kids per woman, repacing herself and the father; the 0.1 "overhead" is for all the kids who will never reproduce - die early, be infertile, be basement-dwelling NEETs etc.). In the least developed countries, a TFR of 3.15 is necessary (lots of kids don't survive until puberty). As if this was not enough, the TFRs are falling quickly in almost all developed or even somewhat-developed nations. So I assumed that all the countries with a TFR of at least 3.15 will form the mankind of the future; others are either already below replacement (i.e., they are slowly dying) or will soon be below replacement.

Guess what? It turned out that 7 out of 8 people in such countries are BLACK. The remaining ones often live in war zones - therefore, when peace comes to their countries, so will development and low TFRs. See:
