I agree with rubbing alcohol though, mix with TP and it makes an easy wet nap for a dirty ass. It may sting a little but it's easier to stay clean with alcohol when water is hard to find. It also evaporates quickly making it easy to clean glasses and quickly sanitize cut/scrapes/wounds.

i've been in london and paris and being the capitals of not so large countries, there are just too many people inassimilated from diferent cultural bacgraunds.
