I don't know anything about this because I have only bought guns in Oregon a libshit state. but I can tell you a background check consist of the FFL calling the state police asking if you have commited any crimes and making you fill out a piece of paper that ask you if you are a psychopath or not. then bam 10 min latter "here is your gun sir"
