I'm an atheist that was raised Pentecostal, but I've always had an affinity for Catholics. They build such beautiful cathedrals, and make such wonderful art and music. They're the absolute kings when it comes to praising Jesus and I really love how they put their all into it.

Both Orthodoxy & Roman Catholicism require far more work than simply "accepting Jesus as your personal lord and saviour". It's hard work. I feel like this is an attempt to divide and conquer. The thing is, the Orthodox and Catholic communities, while having serious differences, are still pretty close as a community. I mean, one can licitly take communion with each others' churches. These threads strike me as an attempt to attack Christians in general and destroy the brotherhood in Christ. Even Protestants believe in the way which they best see fit, so I'm not going to naysay anyone.
