Why are conservatives trapped in the mindset that hedonistic capitalism is the best system of all time and the only thing that could ever work?
What is so wrong about developing progressive systems which take into consideration we are more than just animals? Why are conservatives so hostile to that thinking?
Because it has defeated Communism and Socialism many times over...
Asher Gray
Nazis had a progressive socialist system. Look how well they did...
Ayden James
conservatives are just opposed to thinking, full stop. They just regurgitate what their masters feed them and these masters happen to be the people that make huge profits from hedonistic capitalism.
Nolan Howard

You mean real life conservatives or Jow Forums conservatives? Real life conservatives are neocohens, that one's easy. Jow Forums conservatives are edgy teens that take the contrarian position to whatever happens to be socially acceptable at the moment. NEETnazi larpers are particularly guilty of this. >we should have a national trade union to ensure white worker's rights, like hitler actually did UNIONS ARE DA JOOOOOOOOS >we should expand our welfare system to provide for white families, like hitler actually fucking did WELFARE IS DA JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOS ALSO FUCK YOU GOT MINE
Landon Garcia
How does the saying go? Something like, "capitalism is the worst economic system... except for the rest of them." It may not be perfect, but globally, it has helped more people out of extreme poverty than anything else. Maybe something else could work, but it is hard to tell when everything else fails before it even gets off the ground.
Ayden Barnes
nigger it is throwing more and more people into extreme poverty every day. 1 european being able to buy a coat doesn't justify 3 bangladaises being paid a dollar a day to make it.
Cameron Robinson
OP, you need to realize that it took us humans roughly 13,500 years to develop this system.
And capitalism in its modern form has really only existed for about 130 years. It is indeed a new concept. We dont need to radically depart from a system that is still in its infancy, that has given us so much already.
It has much, much more to give us. A new system might naturally evolve in the future, but it should not be forced upon us in our lifetimes.
Jose Evans
mainly because we ARE just animals
Michael Reed
>that has given us so much already SO MUCH! SOOOO SO MUCH! In fact, almost 20% of everything we produce! TWENTY WHOLE PERCENT YOU GUYS
But those Bangladeshis were making 0 dollars a day before that coat factory came to their country.
Jacob Bennett
Liberals tend to be the largest consumers of fast food, media, and drugs.
Benjamin Torres
How important are you? How important am I? I am satisfied with my modest income. I feel like I earn it and it's reasonable. I want to earn more so I continue to improve my skills and knowledge for the benefit of myself and my company. In due time I will get a larger piece of the pie. Not a massive slice, but big enough to live off of and enjoy myself and pursue my hobbies.
If you cannot earn enough to satisfy yourself, you don't deserve it.
Andrew Edwards
You're living on a planet where half the population is below the poverty line. That's 3,5 billion people. You think those people don't work? You think those people don't try? Get real. Capitalism doesn't provide opportunities for advancement or fair income equally across the board. Not to a city, not to a country and certainly not to the planet. How is a farmer from rural America, one of the richest countries on Earth, going to increase his income? He already works every day to an early grave, he can't plant seeds without bribing Monsanto for a license, he can't change jobs because that's all he's ever know. And that's one of the guys we NEED. All of us. In the meantime people whose jobs we do not need as a society make absurd amounts of money gambling on the livelihood of that guy. But hey at least YOU have opportunities. Lucky you.
Carson Rogers
Because (((they))) stamped out the only such system 70 years ago.
This is how feeble the minds of American capitalists are
Brayden Morgan
No, but they could 'till the fields' and live a simple, humble life. You can't use the 'well they don't HAVE to work there' argument if the capitalist developments have destroyed other modes of living, essentially forcing people into slavery with the alternative being starvation.
>A man who lives on a large plot of land, and receives food and support from his local community in exchange for his labor, yet possesses no 'money.'
>A man who is forced to work in terrible conditions for long periods of time, receives a 'pay check' for an incredibly small amount and lives in a tiny apartment.
Which of these men do you think would be more contented?

Why are liberals obsessed with a government that needs to be our nanny? Why do we need to be taxed every time we move only for someone to steal it, misuse it, or create some boondoggle that never works or is millions over budget? I'm sorry to say, user. But a system that prioritizes positive transactions between two consenting parties is the only system that seems to work. I.E. You don't need to murder people to get people to comply.
>system that prioritizes positive transactions between two consenting parties also know as "fairy tale capitalism". Consenting to slavery is meaningless when the alternative is starvation.
Dylan Ortiz
>capitalists take over >create death and misery >"but that wasn't real capitalism" see, everyone can pull that retardation
Elijah Reyes
But he has a point. One must ask oneself why this ideology, this "fairy tale" works so well, better at convincing anyone than any socialist propaganda. Don't forget the USSR basically lost the propaganda war.
Jordan Rivera
Right, now that the Jews completely own the US and have instituted their system here; it's hardly capitalism. It's a system built on taking something from the Goyim in every aspect of their life. The banking Jew, the relationship Jew, the Marriage Jew, the cell phone Jew... I could go on and on. All of these aspects are no longer "capitalism." They are all manifestations of the lawyering of society by the Jew.
James White
They turned their Africa tier shithole into a superpower that dominated Europe in a few years. They did pretty well.
Hunter White
Karl Marx wrote that there should be NO GOVERNMENT in his idea of Communism. Why why in every "communist" society between now and then has had an extremely oppressive government?
What's your point? Should you get a commodity or a good for free just because you exist? Why do you think you're entitled to it, or have earned it in anyway? Leftist thinking. Humans are animals, and we have to acquire capital and commodities through production just like a lion acquires a gazelle through production by hunting. The lion doesn't just fucking sit there and wait for a free gazellt to be delivered by UberEats.
Jordan Kelly
If you can only get a job where you are worked like a slave, that's on you buddy.
I like my job. I drive 17 miles to work every morning at 5:55 am and I'm never bored. Sometimes I have to literally work my fucking ass off, but its balanced out by the days where I have personal freedom to work at my own pace. And I'm compensated fairly for it.
You are mad because you expect people to hand you opportunities. You have to earn opportunities and prove your worth, user.
Andrew Roberts

>works so well let me reiterate : 82% of all wealth produced by the whole fucking planet in 2017 went to a few hundred people. You call this working well? Really? You think this is a desirable state of affairs for anyone except these few hundred guys? You think you can become one of them? People should be grabbing their guns and marching on Wall Street from that statistic alone. But they're too busy talking about the ever-so-important subjects of race and WUTZ TRUMP GUNNA DO NEXD
>better at convincing anyone than any socialist propaganda. yes and no. Capitalism was chosen by the people who benefitted from it, but it was imposed upon the people exploited by it. For better or worse, workers never rallied around capitalism like they did around communism.
Angel Taylor
My dear friend, calm down. You didn't realize I'm on your side on this. I'm asking why the capitalist propaganda works so well in convincing normal people that capitalism works in their interest and why the USSR (or the socialists in general) failed in the propaganda war.
Jeremiah Sullivan
>workers never rallied around capitalism like they did around communism communism never fed the population like capitalism does.
Jaxon Sanchez
>It was imposed on the people
Yes and no, it came out very subtly and slowly and that's a big part of why propaganda such as
"capitalism is a natural consequence of human nature"
works and works well indeed.
Charles Miller
It's great that you have opportunities, and that you like your job. Now what do we do about the billions of people that don't have any such opportunity? I'm not talking about me. I'm a white male in a rich country, I'm not going to starve any time soon. I'm talking about literal billions of other people working slave jobs with no other choice. You think they just don't work hard enough?
>What's your point? Should you get a commodity or a good for free just because you exist? I think people should be free to make their own rules in their own communities. If we're talking about an anarchist commune, which would be my preference, people's basic needs (water, food, shelter, clothing) would be met for free as a public service, but of course even that would be subject to community rule. There is no straight answer for this because it is completely contextual.
Nolan Bell
>I'm talking about literal billions of other people working slave jobs with no other choice. You think they just don't work hard enough? They would be in the same predicament under communism. And starving.
Mason King
>create death and misery cool story, bro >"but that wasn't real capitalism" capitalists never say this, so the analogy is beyond fucking retarded.

If you believe that anyone can plan the economy you need to he institutionalized. All men are bound by the knowledge problem. It doesn't matter how much you think. You can never plan better than nature.
Xavier Fisher
>Why are conservatives trapped in the mindset that hedonistic capitalism is the best system of all time and the only thing that could ever work? In free markets you can try any system you like. Start a commune with your friends. If your thing works better than capitalism it will supersede it as time goes by.
Anthony Gutierrez
Economy is planned to a certain extent even in the so-called capitalist countries. In particular everything related to computer technology emerged as a more or less wanted by-product of gigantic investments in the military made by the US government in the past decades.
Adrian Reyes
Could you provide some examples? To be totally honest this doesn't even sound like a strawman, but more or less a complete fabrication of your own imagination

You can try as long as you got money. If you haven't got money, you're just gonna flip burgers.
Jonathan Myers
SAY IT WITH ME : communism has never been achieved on a large scale. What you're talking about is socialism, the autocratic phase leading to the stateless, classless, currencyless communist society. It is inane to attribute famines to an economical system that was never realized in the first place. Farmers don't produce any more or less food under one system than they do under the other. Almost all famines are caused by intention (Ukraine, Ireland, Yemen) or external circumstances (could it be that the death of 25 million russian civilians during the war had something to do with the 1947 famine? Naaaah, it's communism).
AND EVEN THEN. Let's say you're right. Let's say economical systems are the primary factor in famines and the USSR was TruCommie. Then capitalism has "communism" beaten in the death toll. It's not even close.
tfw more conservative than thou and specifically anti-hedonist
progressivism is most dehumanising precisely because it identifies "progress" with making concessions to "individual" whims and desires that are inherently anti-social and dysgenic in nature

Equal pay for all 7Billion. Equal jobs for all. Amirite?
Aiden Johnson
The truth of what? He didn't offer any retort. Why would I be mad over a non-existent answer?
We can't change the narrative if we don't change the world around us. The only way for people to see another way is to show it to them. Western people will never abandon the "safety" of capitalism over words alone.
How about being paid for the value you bring into the company? How's that for a start? It's a revolutionary idea that means you don't have to pay your boss for the right to work anymore.

>Capitalism >Hedonistic Only if you're a retard. With enough hedonism, capitalism give you a Darwin award known as starvation

Jackson Anderson
There's nothing that says capitalism has to be hedonistic, or altruistic, or nepotistic, or meritocratic, or equalitarian, or free trade, or non-free trade and it is precisely where we have socialism that all of the problems spring up. It is socialism that promotes dysgenics, depravity and nurtures jealous, envious instincts. It is socialism that invites in the worst third world freeloaders to any country and robs white people of their natural sense of innovation and enterprise to hand over their hard earned work to degenerate shitskins who, with the help of Jews, corrupt our culture. All of the complaints you might identify with capitalism started with socialists. Hollywood, the MSM, pornography - all funded by communist kikes; in the past particularly the Soviet Union. Our healthcare system is not capitalist, it is communist. Our media is not capitalist, it is communist. Hollywood is communist.
And people may look at these degenerates parading around making millions. I don't believe they made that money legitimately. The Federal Reserve is not a capitalist institution, it's a Kike-owned, communist institution. The Jews have created a false economy and they use it to play kingmaker.
There is zero doubt in my mind that if you struck a killing blow to the federal reserve and banking sector, the false economy would disappear overnight - and all of the treachery of Jewish "enterprise" along with it; for the system we have is not based on building true wealth; it is Jews creating money out of thin air and handing it out to their friends, subjects and relatives, as well as corrupt government officials.
This is not capitalism, it's a kleptocracy run by kikes. Abandon their money and you will acquire a wealth you've never known.

Ethno tribalism is the best system prove me wrong >pro-tip; you cant
Samuel Johnson
Yes, you fucking faggot, and they are communist unions that run Hollywood. And Hollywood is financed heavily by judeo-communist bankers printing fake money.
Hudson Adams
In reality the "workers" don't run Hollywood because they don't do any actual real work. They just steal money from goyim and spend insane amounts on their vanity projects.
Henry Long
so why are all these "communists" running literally all their companies on capitalist models?
Jeremiah Reed
They're not capitalist models. The Jews own the entire monetary system, half of every transaction and a controlling share of the economy. They don't have to work or compete for anything, they just print whatever they want and dilute the value of everyone else's labor so they can live lives of luxury as a permanent leisure class.
John Wright
we have welfare states now retard so your entire life is either giving or taking to the welfare state and the only group that gives more than they take is white males
Elijah Long
so why are all these "capitalists" running literally all their companies on communist models?
Wyatt Williams
what companies?
Oliver Murphy
This. Capitalism in the USA died in 1914, if not earlier.

We are telepathically speaking to each other...

it will finish collapsing before that number reaches 100% or we all starve.
Andrew Wright
It doesn't really work as a capitalist system at all. In a true capitalist system you could hire and fire whomever you want. There are enough people who hate Jews that full length films could be produced and be made profitable - yet they are not produced not because of a lack of ability or a market demand, but because everyone who would even think of trying is rendered completely unbankable, blacklisted, falsely accused of crimes. Is that a free market, or is it a market controlled and run by kikes that only magically appears to "function" so long as you go along with what's good for the kikes? It's rigged and they always win. That's not capitalism.
Adam Gutierrez
