a word of advice user, setting up long reading lists of very technical books will get very daunting very fast. i usually read 2 books at the same time - a knowledge improving book and some sort of fantasy or novel book. alternating will allow you to finish the more difficult books in a reasonable matter by not breaking the reading streak when you're tired and can't be motivated. start by reading one book, and go on from there

new to sig, new to not being a faggot loser NEET in general. Im very skinny (6'4", 150lbs) and i've begun regularly going to the gym to lift. I've been reading guides on Jow Forums as well as articles i've come by on my own, so i have the basics on dieting to gain weight. I'd like to hear from you guys, though. What sort of meals do you recommend eating to help put on some pounds? Im new to cooking in general but am more than willing to learn more complicated meals in order to expand my diet.
