Theyre very expensive and it gives it a good look, good depth, and it can self lubricate. Most trans people dont get to go to them. Most go to the best doctors in their own countries. In the US I would call those doctors decent, you can chose either depth, look, or lubrication. Many though are left going to shitty surgeons like that and end up with the butchers job they paid for. a gynocologist would still be able to tell with a close look but the vagina itself is nearly indistinguishable.
