Hungary is, obviously, quite strict on immigration. You need to learn the language, the countries history, current events etc. And that is if you have a good basis to ask for a citizenship (your parents, grandparents livend in hungary, or something like that..)
Other than that, I'm not sure how to immigrate, but you would probably need to start with a work visa. Live there a number of years, learn the aforementioned things and then apply for citizenship.
