I think if the two parties could find some common way to address this concern then it would become more apparent that many rich people actually have no aversion to helping the less fortunate.

For example, this poor Mexican woman around here accidentally locked her keys in her car with her two children in it. It was pretty hot out. She had to call the police and the ambulance took the two children to the hospital at the end of which she will probably receive a $9,000 bill. I have no issues with my tax money being used to help this woman out in this scenario, but instead, this is what will happen
