Abortion is one of the most horrible things man has ever devised. To call it a medical procedure is to call medieval combat "surgery." Its barbaric and disgusting.
Some see this however and say that its a necessary evil to control minority populations, accepting the number of white babies aborted each year as part and parcel. I don't find this acceptable.
I'd sooner castrate and forcibly insert birth control implants into people than allow this practice to continue.
1) Population control can be and usually is useful
2) Its a great way to avoid overburden society with retards and other types of persons who would require almost consistant care by society and their parents
3) Morally, nobody should be forced to give birth to their rapists child.
4) It allows for family planning for when the parents are financially and otherwise capable of taking care of their offspring.
That would be less cost effective.
Ensuring that blacks stop giving birth would be more cost effective than providing abortions to some, and paying for WIC and EBT to raise others.
Abortion isn't an effective tool for lowering financial burden since a large portion of the target populations are having kids specifically to exploit social welfare.
There are better ways to control populations than this.

Abortions are effective means to controlling the financial burden for those with higher income levels since if you want your child to have quality education,access to healthcare and other services to improve their chances in society it is going to be expansive.

The notion that any one individual is burdened by the expenses of raising a child is simply a myth in America. You can apply for a dozen different forms of social welfare when you have a kid.
WIC, EBT, and other state programs are only symptoms of the problem. Blacks aren't going to stop being blacks. They're going to keep fucking each other without protection because its "gangster shit." They're going to keep spreading HIV, they're going to keep Syphilis alive in the developed world. Allowing them to live consequence free is not the solution.
Castrating black felons in exchange for shorter sentences is a viable solution.

Ending the permanent welfare system is a viable solution.
