Not at all. We air lift tons of food with no issue whenever we want to. Check out our response to Afghanistan after their big earth quake. We dropped is much food on their heads they started burning it.
Expiration dates are also meaningless. A little refrigeration and problem solved for travel anywhere in the world. Even back in the 60s we could air lift enough food to feed millions perpetually during the Berlin crisis without breaking a sweat.
You also need to look up how many tons of perfectly good food gets thrown out from grocery stores.
Sadly, no force on Earth is going to be able to stop white countries from dumping aid on Africa. cant remember where it was either quibley or someone else but i guess historically its usually as soon as there become a "poplulation crisis" on continents its about a 50 year period to stability. china is still leveling out and then africa will reach a population crisis. globally this will take us to about 200 or 150 years left for the west according to spengler civilization model. something like 50 years of"crisis" to stabilize and then 50 years to assimilate with tthe world population.

Anyone who has ever visited China knows that their logistic system is FUUUUUCCCCCKKKKEEEEDDDD.
Their roads are crumbling and often have multiple day traffic jams. A distance that may take you 8 hours in the US can take 6 days in China. Their rail system is a patchwork, mostly relics of Europeans, that is so inefficient and congested it is practically worthless. The new railways being built are derailing trains within their first year of use due to corruption in their building.
