Amazon benefits the consumer beyond belief. The breaking up of Standard Oil was the worst mistake made by any president in human history. Our oil prices are still higher than they were 100 years ago. Unless you guys like being wage slaves Amazons monopoly is exetremely beneficial to almost every human in the United States. Shut the fuck up about these Anti-Trust laws. Let's not make the mistake that we made with Standard Oil again.
Monpolies always happen in every economy. Either you want the US government being a monopoly or Amazon being a monopoly, pick your poison, but realize has the US government has never given its children in public school a good meal.

Governments are only inefficient because democracy, it takes time to garner a groups opinion. Disagreements lead to turmoil. The reason private companies are more effiecent is because they are practically all mini monarchies/oligopolies.
The real truth is that China passed the united states because they are a monarchy/oligopoly. They can institute any change within hours, not years like the united states.
I agree that in my future the government should sell itself off. I agree that Amazon one day should be powerful enough that they can buy the US government straight up. The issue is. The US government is in so much debt that the last thing we want happening is China coming in and buying the US government.
