A new fucking law needs to be made so that the moment you are no longer employed you lose your clearance. I'm amazed your nation lasted this long with this retarded system in place.

Why do people who are no longer employed by their agencies still have clearance to see sensitive material? If you quit your job they don't give you the keys to the office and let you rummage through the files whenever you want. What makes these guys different?

100% AGREED.

Basically they are untouchables.

Trump should have done that a long time ago.

Why did they still have them in the first place? Seriously.

why do they still have them? when i got fired from the firm i lost my server account...
and you act surprised when they try to take you down from the inside, that's some retard shit

fucking good.

Brennan and Comey only exist to fuck with Trump at this point. Fuck them both

>President Donald Trump is considering revoking the security clearances of former FBI Director James Comey, former CIA Director John Brennan and other former Obama administration national security officials who have criticized him.
>officials who have criticized him
There's the line that's gonna run. Nevermind that these people no longer need to know and are not employed by their respective agencies. Clapper still maintaining his clearance and working for CNN is totally fine.

A new law needs to be made so that you can't run for President until AFTER you get your security clearance.

Then we could have avoided your treasonous cheeto.

Even these deep state fuckers delete their twitter feeds in a futile attempt to cover up their past. These dipshits made sure everything that goes on the internet is saved somewhere. This is hilarious.

He doesn't have the authority.

I thought that this was already the law. I guess "VIPs" are exempt.

Obama never would have been president, where would we be then?

Lol he should revoke Mueller's

>He doesn't have the authority.
You're hoping he doesn't, lol. We'll see, shill. I look forward to you astroturfing for the next week and making zero progress.

EOs are literally decrees

We are being shilled heavily.

Look at the OP filenames on the frontpage - they are mostly hashes.

The law doesn't allow them to disclose classified information when they leave, that's illegal both in and out of office. But revoking their clearances does prevent them from working for firms with government contracts that handle classified material. That includes things as small as working for a satellite imagery company and viewing imagery of areas that are restricted

>You're hoping he doesn't, lol. We'll see, shill. I look forward to you astroturfing for the next week and making zero progress.
I KNOW he doesn't.

>EOs are literally decrees
Not on USOPM employment matters.

Look up Scooter Libby.

Stop. With. The. Filters.

>He doesn't have the authority

More deep state lies. The president can order an executive employee to do anything as long as it's not illegal

>doesn't allow them to disclose classified information when they leave, that's illegal both in and out of office.
No, they just get it from "anonymous" sources.

This neadthal looking peice of shit voted for the Communist Party USA's candidate in 1976(back when the USSR was still around). He should have never received clearance to begin with.

It when it comes national security it matters and Trump has the authority.

>>t. blithering retard
t. someone who knows nothing about DISCO or the USOPM clearance process, lol. You can't revoke a security clearance without cause, without breaking the law yourself.

As if pulling Clapper, Brennan, and Comey's clearance will save him from Impeachment and Indictment.

It will not.

The Special Council is exposing itself as a Democrat pardon machine.

checked.
>looking into
JUST DO IT

>I KNOW he doesn't.
No you don't, you HOPE he doesn't. There's a difference.

Wait, so they are no longer employed and still have that level of security clearance? Why the fuck is that true?

>It when it comes national security it matters and Trump has the authority.
WRONG.

Trump is final DECLASSIFICATION authority, but not the final arbiter of security clearance approvals. Any such politically motivated approval without making an open-and-shut legal cause will not be allowed by the true final arbiters. Any executive order will be shut down by the Supreme Court, and any person with a wrongly revoked clearance will be able to sue the government and win. But that won't happen, because the President does not decide who gets cleared, period. And telegraphing this intention in a press conference was only insurance that if he tries it now, we will all know it's politically motivated.

Don't forget Mueller

He's just trying to revoke Brennan's clearance to keep him from testifying in the Manafort case, but it won't work.

>Don't forget Mueller
Mueller wasn't listed in the article because the President doesn't get to decide who investigates the President.

>>Revoked in 3...2...
Keep counting, I'll wait.

He's revoking Brennan's clearance because he's a treasonous snake.

That’s just from phone posting. See... pic related.

Why should former directors have that shit anyway? Especially given the amount of them who just walk across the street and take a private sector job.

You can't tell me they don't see shit cross their super-duper secret wires and make decisions or offer advice based on that--hell, if I were a top private sector Jew hiring one of these former guys that would be 99% of the value they'd offer, being all plugged into the font of knowledge and whatnot.

the kike is afraid

What does it mean for a person not working for an agency to hold a clearance. The rule for using classified information was
>Right to know
A person with a Top secret clearance has the right to classified info.
>Need to know
Where would Brennan or Comey get the need to know? They wouldn't unless authorized.

Do they still have access to Top Secret files/data?

>looking into
blah blah

>without cause
treason

samefagging kikes

Actually he does as the President. He chooses not to.

Literally impossible.

The President, the Commander in Chief, of the United States of America, doesn't have the authority to revoke security clearance, are you fucking stupid?

How do you feel about Comey's leaking of material? Should he maintain his security clearance?

Yes he does.

The only people Constitutionally authorized to investigate the President is Congress, specifically the House of Representatives with its impeachment powers.

Every employee of the DOJ is a subordinate of the President. They don't get to investigate him because to do so would be to usurp the President's powers.

Guy thinks Special council is codified in the US Constitution, top kek

THIS... they better go over any grant of immunity with a fine tooth comb, triple checked with multiple folks set to hang on a fuck up, so as to make damn sure any grant of immunity is only as narrow as reasonably necessary, and not a hair's breadth more broad than is needed, to get at whatever topic is relevant to the Manafort case.

I will lose my shit (read: actually get politically active) if they pull that crooked shit. Brennan needs to get called out on the carpet for his actions and it better not be the "draft the recommendation of non-prosecution before a formal interview" bullshit they have already pulled.
t. lawyer

How the fuck this anti-white communist traitor is still allowed to have a clearance? He isn't even the top CIA nigger anymore.

>But revoking their clearances does prevent them from working for firms with government contracts that handle classified material

Oh, so that's why politicians always land super amazing jobs once they're out of office. They basically capitalize on their clearance, how is this ok?

They should have their clearance revoked the moment they step out. If they want to work for companies with contracts that handle classified material, they should reapply for clearance through their employer (assuming they even get hired without having clearance).

how can you be an adult and still think communism works?.
1976... it's not like the guy was 20 years old.

Employees of the government who get demoted get their clearances revoked or level of clearance demoted. Especially of those who get fired!

He won't do it. And even if he did they'd simply ignore him and continue receiving classified info because they know Trump doesn't have the balls to do anything about it.

>it's real

AHAHAHAHAHA YES BASED RANDLET FINALLY WRECKING THOSE FUCKING COMMUNIST CIA FAGGOTS.

Those companies have government contracts, by extension they are part of the government operation and carry out it's duties.

These chumps are POLITICIZING their security clearances for political and self monitoring gains against the authority given to the elected office.

>only CIA niggers should vet the president

I have question, as I really don't know much about the security clearances.
How come it appears to me, as an average reader of the news that these clearances are granted "for life"?
I mean the fact that someone was not compromised before the initial clearance doesn't mean they did not get compromised during the clearance. Shouldn't there be a periodical check on these? At least at the moment when someone gets fired(Comey)? What the actual fuck?

Attached: megusta.jpg (510x510, 25K)

There's always reevaluations. It's just not advertised. Trump will eliminate the need for that because it's getting revoked preeminently. This has to happen first because the optics are not good when someone is getting indicted and still has a level of clearance.

Whats the penalty for selling your classified info

I don't recognize these names. At least it isn't a Pedosta.

oh shi....

Remember that one time Feinstein lost her shit on the senate floor when she found out that Brennan and the CIA were spying on her. Brennan gave some stupid excuse and apologized.

This top spook operates outside the law.

Top secret clearance is valid for 10 years as long as you maintain employment in a job that requires it. If you're a contractor the company you work for sort of owns the clearance and if you leave that company and do not get another job with the govt or another company that is cleared to hold clearances in 30 days you're clearance is terminated. No reason anyone that's been fired from the govt should still have a clearance. None of the people mentioned should still have clearances. There must be special rules for those faggots us pleb contractors don't know about

>Ask Hillary.
