Then something changed and it's not burnt it's reputation to the ground. But you don't have to rely on my authority, instead just look at how many top anchors are actual journalists. It's less than 5%. Most have little to no background in journalism, and arrived at their position via political connection or actual nepotism. If you want further evidence, start counting the number of words in headlines that speak to quality, emotion, morality, etc. Even at the NYT, it's becoming shockingly frequent. If you want something more definitive, independently build a chronology of all events surrounding the Russian Collusion Narrative. Dig into the evidence to see what the claims actually are. Instead of relying on "experts" (an appeal to authority), analyze for yourself what these experts claim. When the FBI says the DNC hack is in-line with Russian methods and motives, what do they mean in specific terms. Is there something unique about a Phishing scam that makes it Russian? Would it make sense that Russian hackers would use a known Russian VPN to launch an attack? If Russia was able to hack the DNC server, what is the likelihood they had access to Hillary Clinton's unsecured private server, especially when emails were sent from that server to people in Russia?
