I haven't went over 3mg. Melatonin seems really effective but there must be some draw back to it if Dr's don't prescribe it. I get groggy but nothing extreme. It's a shame we don't have any forests to go off the grid in. There was a forest quite nearby that I was looking at to build a wooden cabin with some scrap wood and by felling or using already fallen trees. The issue is that there are some dirt paths that go through it and I'm not sure that it is isolated enough to not have my cabin discovered.
