This is factually correct. Unless there is a new precedent set by the Supreme Court, anchor babies are still the illegal alien meal ticket. Thankfully the 2nd Amendment is very well solidified, but the anchor baby issue can still be changed if public opinion is high enough and if Republicans gain more power this year in the midterms and if Kavenaugh is approved.
