The US federal government is playing a shell game with documents
In order to avoid the Freedom Of Information Act and congressional oversight, the federal military now turns documents directly over the the CIA so that the documents will not be subject to any requests for disclosure of any kind by anyone ever.
When the military receives a Freedom Of Information Act request for those documents, the military will simply respond "no such documents are found in our archive" and they will never be found in the military's archive, because the CIA has the documents.
The following example is on the Navy Seal raid where someone was targeted and killed, which the liar in chief, obama, claimed was Osama bin Laden (who was believed to have died years before the raid took place).
At the time of the raid, obama and Hillary claimed they watched a live stream of the raid, but the official story that came out later is that there was no live stream, so who is lying, everyone?
When the raid was announced, the battle for the documents began, a couple of years later the results of that battle was that every document relating to the Navy Seal's operation was missing, which included the names of the personal involved, all photos of the person killed and buried at sea, and even the maintenance records of the two helicopters that crashed (why would the CIA want to hide the maintenance records of the two helicopters?) One helicopter used in raid crashed at the site of the raid, and a second helicopter cashed after the raid killing most of the witnesses to the raid. Nothing suspicious there.
