This tweet demonstrates that the man who is apologizing for the recent attack/representing the family of the attacker (Mohammed Hashim), also happened to tweet a month before hand about a similar attack that also referred to the attacker as mentally unstable. In fact that was the whole point of the article, to hammer home the lack of mental health of this prior attacker.
But what is really strange is this same tweet is liked by a man who's last name (Hussain) is the same as the gunman attacker(Faisal Hussain).

The gunman's brother has been known to have lived out west in saskatoon, and was caught running drugs
