Can someone help me? I’m in favor of many of the values and ideas behind national socialism, however I don’t agree with socialism. I feel like socialism leads to lack of incentive. If everyone makes the same amount of money and has to contribute the same to society, what’s the incentive to strive to be better, to make more of yourself? I feel like people aren’t rewarded for their effort and ability. A person who is better at something and works harder at something should be rewarded more than the lazy. What’s to stop someone from remaining unemployed and leaching off everyone else’s work?
I also feel like workers being in control of the company they work for isn’t fair to the people who started that company. The owner who created it should be able to make the rules and enforce them.
Am I misrepresenting these things with a lack of understanding and does National Socialism address these concerns?

NS groups in the US tend to be highly decentralized and follow a "leaderless resistance" model. We're focused locally on affinity groups organized around friends and family first, then radiating outward into the local community from there. There are a number of higher profile groups, but I don't really want to shit talk them, or advertise for them. To each their own. It's easy to find out who they are. Nothing like NMR, though I think we really need something like them here in the US. It was looking like RAM might become that for a while, but I'm not sure where they're going with their efforts now.

You're absolutely right in your concerns about socialism, national socialism addresses these concerns by absolutely acknowledging the right of hierarchies in society and also acknowledging the right to private property, but these rights are only given to those who aim to improve the national economy, not just their own profits (like outsourcing workers abroad for cheaper labor and multi-national corporate interests), hence, national socialism.
