If my aunt had a dick they would be my uncle but the value of the hypothetical becomes murky. Israel is a nuclear state and Turkey non-nuclear. If an attack could possibly occur in such a manner it could be a targeted killing or facility strike with would result in dickwaving. Turkey wouldn't want to be nuked and Israel wouldn't want to risk the insanity that follows, NATO practices collective defense so Israel would factor that and need assurances or deniability. Even if they couldn't deny NATO would not attack a nuclear state over such an affair.
