I was thinking about a more limited system somewhat similar to this. It wouldn't deal with full-blooded Jews, though. They'd be so rare as to not be an issue, and the few which did exist could probably do better under a separate classification, like permanent residency and citizenship privileges, but still legally a foreigner barred from intermarriage. I doubt any nationalist would want to create more mutts.
But all of this is an edge case--if we got an ethnostate, that alone would be the achievement of a millennium.
