So if the real last quarter was 2% and they think it will be 4% this time...so that would lead into a crash in September pushing the oil spike recession into effect, spilling into Q4 lowering consumer confidence even lower sending retailers into holiday panic mode thus making expectation calls to be lower than normal all while tariffs are still wreaking havoc.
