Turkish Army Resettles Eastern Ghouta Terrorists in Northern Syria
TEHRAN (FNA)- Tens of terrorists evacuated from Eastern Ghouta have been resettled in the Northwestern outskirt of the occupied-town of Afrin in Aleppo province by the Turkish troops and their allied militants, local sources reported on Saturday. The sources said that terrorists of Ahrar al-Sharqiyah affiliated to the Ankara-backed Free Syrian Army resettled over 20 terrorists of Faylaq al-Rahman in civilians' residential units in the town of Rajou Northwest of Afrin.
Faylaq terrorists had left Eastern Ghouta in Damascus province under a reconciliation deal with the Syrian Army.
Ruptly youtube.com/watch?v=Ng7-4tGPmKg The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) claims to have found ammunition at what they say is a White Helmets hideout in the village of Saham al-Jawlan in Daraa on Friday.
In the video, the floor is scattered with land mines and shell casings.
The building has the logo of the Syria Civil Defence (SCD), popularly known as the White Helmets, painted on the front.
According to the Syrian government news agency SANA, the scene was discovered during a combing operation in the newly-liberated towns and villages in northwestern Daraa.
Ruptly cannot independently verify how the ammunition got there.

Because it's not coming back despite your constant lamenting and wishes. Move on.
I wish I could win the lottery, I’d give the overwhelming majority of it to the glorious solders of the SAA.

>I traced missile casings in Syria back to their original sellers, so it’s time for the west to reveal who they sell arms to
Readers, a small detective story. Note down this number: MFG BGM-71E-1B. And this number: STOCK NO 1410-01-300-0254. And this code: DAA A01 C-0292. I found all these numerals printed on the side of a spent missile casing lying in the basement of a bombed-out Islamist base in eastern Aleppo last year. At the top were the words “Hughes Aircraft Co”, founded in California back in the 1930s by the infamous Howard Hughes and sold in 1997 to Raytheon, the massive US defence contractor whose profits last year came to $23.35bn (£18bn). Shareholders include the Bank of America and Deutsche Bank. Raytheon’s Middle East offices can be found in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, Egypt, Turkey and Kuwait.
There were dozens of other used-up identical missile casings in the same underground room in the ruins of eastern Aleppo, with sequential codings; in other words, these anti-armour missiles – known in the trade as Tows, “Tube-launched, optically tracked and wire-guided missiles” – were not individual items smuggled into Syria through the old and much reported CIA smugglers’ trail from Libya. These were shipments, whole batches of weapons that left their point of origin on military aircraft pallets.
Syrian Kurds say they will 'chart roadmap to decentralized Syria' with Damascus
BEIRUT (Reuters) - A Syrian Kurdish group said on Saturday it had decided with the government to “chart a roadmap to a democratic and decentralized Syria”, but there was no immediate confirmation from Damascus.

>The Syrian war is a lost cause that America can't win — here's what the US should do now
The civil war in Syria has virtually ended — this month, Syrian regime forces hoisted their flag in victory above the town of Daraa, where uprising began in 2011. Bashar al-Assad , president of Syria, has prevailed with the help of Russia , Iran, and Hezbollah. Now that the Syrian conflict has been decided, it's worth thinking about the purpose and place of the United States in the new Middle East. US inaction in Syria contributed to regional instability, empowered Iran, spoiled relations with regional friends, and boosted transnational terrorist groups.
>Despite and because of this incoherence, now is the time to have a debate about the Middle East. There is a compelling argument to be made that American interests demand an active US role in the region; there is an equally compelling argument that US goals can be secured without the wars, social engineering projects, peace processes, and sit-downs in Geneva. In between is what US policy in the Middle East looks like now: ambivalence and inertia. Under these circumstances, Syria, Russia, and Iran will continue to win.

We wouldn't get a choice. Shit would devolve into decentralised gang warfare so fast, it would become fight or die for everyone.

No, the article is way longer but from reading trough it, it was boring because they just complain about what obama/trump are doing and I was waiting for the WHAT US NEEDS TO DO NOW parts and was of dissapoint.
It is nowhere near that bad. The black population isn't high enough and the Mexicans, yes even the illegals, are nowhere near as bad; but it would indeed turn into a slaughterhouse during a civil war.

>SAUDI-LED COALITION BOOST ITS TROOPS IN WESTERN YEMEN, PREPARE TO LAUNCH NEW ATTACK ON AL-HUDAYDAH
On July 28, a source familiar with the situation told the UAE-based al-Arabiya TV that the Saudi-led coalition and its Yemeni proxies deployed more units along the western coast in order to launch a new attack on the strategic port of al-Hudaydah.
According to the source, the coalition took the decision to resume its military operations along the western Yemeni coast because the Houthis refused to withdraw from al-Hudaydah and stepped up their attacks on the international shipping lines in the Red Sea.
Meanwhile, the Sky News Arabiya TV reported that warplanes of the Saudi-led coalition conducted eight airstrikes on positions of the Houthis in the city of al-Hudaydah and several districts south of it. A day earlier, coalition warplanes carried out a similar series of airstrikes.
Yeah why not lol. Would prolly fight for dixie or alaska (doubt there would be any real fighting there after the initial rebellion tho)

>ISIS FIGHTERS CROSS EUPHRATES, LAUNCH NEW ATTACK AGAINST SYRIAN ARMY IN SOUTHERN DEIR EZZOR
On July 28, fighters of ISIS crossed the Euphrates River and launched an attack on several positions of the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and its allies around the towns of Hasrat and al-Majaudah in southern Deir Ezzor countryside, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR).
In details, ISIS fighters launched their attack from the town of al-Shaafah on the eastern bank of Euphrates River after shelling observation posts of the SAA along the western bank. The UK-based monitoring group said that several fighters from both sides were killed in the clashes.
This is the second attack of the terrorist group in the southern Deir Ezzor countryside this week. Two days ago, ISIS fighters ambushed and killed eight fighters of the National Defense Forces (NDF) southeast of the border city of al-Bukamal.
Recently, the remaining fighters of ISIS in the eastern bank of the Euphrates River stepped up their attacks against the SAA and the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). Earlier this month the US-led coalition said that it will launch a military operation along the eastern bank soon. However, this is yet to happen.
Breaking: Syrian Army strikes several jihadist sites in southern Idlib
BEIRUT, LEBANON (11:45 P.M.) – The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) has launched a number of strikes against the jihadist rebels in southern Idlib, tonight, a military source told Al-Masdar News.
According to the source, the Syrian Arab Army’s 11th Tank Division struck the defenses of Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham around the strategic town of Khan Sheikhoun.
The source added that the Syrian Arab Army also targeted Jaysh Al-Izza’s positions along the main road between the towns of Al-Tah and Al-Tamanah in southern Idlib.
Gay Pride in Berlin welcomed thousands of people on Saturday, among them a Syrian transgender refugee, Katia, who now calls the famously open-minded city a safe haven.
"Here, we get support," said Katia, who described how it was impossible in war-torn Syria to discuss her predicament, let alone do anything about it.
But in Berlin it is a different story and Katia now lives openly as a woman while waiting for transgender surgery in six months time.
"I will be operated on in six months after my hormone therapy is finished. And then it will be even more natural then ever, I will be a true woman," Katia Al Shebaby told AFP.
>In Syria, Katia had to keep her "secret" to herself and those very close to her, among them her twin brother Nour, who is homosexual.
When the then two brothers decided to flee the country in 2015 with their father, "nobody in the family really knew who we were ... In Germany, we decided to come out," she says.
The authorities have allowed Katia, Nour and their father to stay for three years. Their mother arrived this year and her status remains undetermined.

>Russian Air Force in Syria Destroys UAV Launched Toward Hmeymim Base
The Russian Center for Syrian Reconciliation has called on the commanders of illegal armed formations to give up provocations and agree to a peaceful settlement of the conflict in areas under their control.
>"On the 27th of July, the Russian Air Force detected and destroyed a UAV, launched from the territory under the control of illegal armed formations in the north of the province of Latakia heading towards the Russian air base Hmeymim," the Russian Defense Ministry said in a report, adding that the incident has not resulted in damages or casualties.
The ministry added that "the air target was destroyed by an anti-aircraft missile system [far from] the air base."
