For those who wants to understand, Morocco wants Ceuta and Mellila back. So they let migrant roam around the boarders of the two cities and try to sneak in. So Spain has now an issue with its boarder and spend money ot defend it until it cost too much.

PS: This is a different case from the Africans in Ceuta with the flamethrowers. This invasion occurred yesterday in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia, on the southernmost coast of mainland Spain.
