Impeachment proceedings will follow, the senate will convict on overwhelming criminality and Trump will be removed. All of those questions about indicting/subpoenaing a sitting president will no longer matter as he will be simply a citizen at that point and without the pardon power everyone will flip (including family) and people will go to jail. Pence won’t pardon Trump as the whole Republican Party will denounce him at that point (not out of any sense of moral outrage mind you but because he will no longer be a threat to them) and Trump and his presidency will end up being a trivial pursuit question in the year 2050
