Are RVs a good way of escaping the mortgage jew? Especially if you are single.

Yes, and don't forget to buy canned food and store a ton of water. You will also need guns to protect your shit.
You need land and hook ups.
>>can go where please
You have to pay someway
>>enough space to be comfy without anything being wasteful use
True
>>all basic needs can be taken care of
Pussy?
>>way cheaper than a house
See above, especially if you don't want to be driving to empty/fill the tanks
>>no land taxes or such
Ok
Been day dreaming about living in one, going from property to property and renovating them/renting them out. But I make too much money at my desk job to feel comfortable leaving it behind.
Also bear in mind OP, the camper in pic related would require a heavy duty truck (like 2500 or F250 at least, $50k+ new, shit mileage). If you can get into a camper that could be hauled by a used Silverado you may be in business. Otherwise get a fixer upper house in low COL would maybe be cheaper.
These will last much longer than any RV.
Save even more money and get a van. Get a gym membership and shower there.
Huge pain in the ass. Need a big expensive truck that chugs gas. Fees every time you park the trailer whether you are with it or not. Everything you own is inside of it, security is an anxiety. It could work if you are retired and have tons of cash but for average young guy I wouldn’t bother. If you want to be mobile stay unencumbured and just rent in the areas you work in, easy to move on. Long term house is way to go
Just rent a tent in the back of a friend's backyard
And poop in a bucket.
why not go full looser and get a mini house.
Because those are crafted by hipster artisans and cost a lot.
Those aren't that much cheaper
this. plus if you want to be anywhere cold during the winter you will freeze your ass off, these things are just painted shacks on wheels
I got a 40 foot used container for $2300 delivered. Its weather proof and secure.
>Long term house is way to go
why not just a double wide? it's the same thing but cheaper
>why not just a double wide?
They lose value and don't age well but you can live in it for sure.
or you could just buy some land, pay only to get it on the power/water grid and build a house yourself. materials are dirt cheap and there's probably someone in your family you can borrow tools from.
it's not that hard in a technical sense, just time-consuming as fuck and you'll need to read a book or two about it.
Me and my GF bought some land and were thinking of living in one of these for some time until we ask the bank for a loan and get into the mortgage Jew. How feasible is it to live in one of these?
those give you cancer lol
I can get a brand new 40’ container for 3750....

Campers are quite useful for living off grid. If you want to get fancy, you can order an electric service, otherwise, a genset and some propane BBQ tanks will get you thru (requiring less electronic shit and creature comforts, the easier it is - learn to live like a monk).
These things in various sizes and states of repair litter the landscape in SE rural US. Lots of young men with a few bucks and some family land has one, usually along with a disgustingly fat wife and two or three dirty kids.
>They lose value
Big help with property/school taxes that only go up. Maintain it properly and it will last a long time.
how do RV's get electricity and plumbing? If you want a cheap home buy a trailer
Can't go exactly where you please. You will need to find places that tolerate or allow you to camp. But there are ways of staying off the cop's radar and you will get to know all of them. Homelessness is a crime in Soviet Murica.
The rest is a matter of personal taste and where you are in life. If you're young and single, sure, it's great. The less you get from those two, the more painful living like that will get.
everything gives you cancer these days
>escaping the mortgage jew
no way for jew to escape more gas
Let me guess, it's made in Sweden.
I have a story from hurricane harvey on which I will never own a trailer but I might buy a patch of land for people to live in RVs on.
> Have house in Port Aransas,Texas. Family owns a hotel 2 blocks away from my house.
>RV park across the street from parents hotel.
>Warned about Harvey and made to evac. At time of evacuation Harvey was only cat 1.
>By the time we make it to San Antonio we find out its a cat 4 hurricane.
>Harvey comes and fucks everything
>Get back to island. Who;e place is fucked.
>Except for my families hotel and my house.
>Rv park across the street is just frames and shit everywhere.
>takes time but essentially our neighbor across the street just had the RV carcasses bulldozed out of the way to make room for new ones.
I do not know how my family or I was so lucky except for the fact that my house made of cement slabs (and was the only one on the street made that way.) And my parents hotel was made of cement and bricks. Now granted my house did take on water, there was no physical damage to the house except cosmetic.
But seeing the desolation that hurricane did to everything not made to last made me rethink all my future home building plans.
Save your money and buy a house cash somewhere if possible
>mortgage jew
i just want to escape jew parents but this looks like nice lil cozy fuck box
>desk job
faggot
>not living in a yurt
are you even trying?
Yeah, but how much on upgrades? And how much finish out did you put on it?
why 2 doors? thats just retarded
I was considering a boat as well
>go full looser
I wish I were a burger. You can usually get good deals on owner financed land. Just buy a few acres. Or a few hundred. Pay the land owner like 200 bucks a month for x amount of years. And put a trailer on it. Seems like a good idea to me
Building materials are not that expensive. Wood framing, insulation, dry wall, flooring, paint.
>get past the stereotypes
>save for downpayment
>get into a mobile home for around $7k down, $440/m lot rent +mortgage around $200/m
>start saving to buy land, develop the land slowly, install septic & water, spend time on your land hunting/relaxing/decompressing/building fences
>have construction buddies, maintain the home in rigid condition
>buy land outright, move the mobile there, hook it up to septic and water
>get a shipping container and use it for secure storage
>live a high-quality life
don't do the mortgage Jew. Paying 2.5 times the purchase price of the home you buy over the loan amortization is not/never will be an "investment"
>a lot of shit happens in 30/20/15-years
If you’re white, you’re welcome to come practice capitalism with us.
I just bought 3.5 acres of undeveloped land for 18k. My mortgage on the land is 165/month. Has electricity at the road. My well cost 4k after everything. Septic goes in next week. Paid 2500 for a used 2000 model Jayco quest RV. I'm literally a month and some wiring away from being completely rent free.
i lived in a campground for 6months and it was one of the best times i have had in my life. Nothing beats the peace of the woods if you like being /out/. You can get a decent camper for 5k and under, anything over that is just luxury. It literally feels like a small apartment. 500 dollars USD a year to stay at the campground that has more then enough em entities. The only time you would need to leave is during a hurricane or tornado but not much different then people leaving their house to seek a better shelter. Also most camp grounds let you volunteer time to take money off your bill. Also at most campgrounds you can put a shed if you are staying year round. You put a full size fridge in their and you set. also you can use it for storage or as another seating area. living /out/ beats a house any day.
I am white. But I don't think I can immigrate. I'm not brown enough. I haven't looked real deep into the process though
look who is the loser
Think Bigly user.

Wish there was a 4th one that is loyal to original series.

That's really only true of older cheap models.
