It was absolutely shot down. It's an open secret. The public couldn't have handled the idea of the government writing off innocent citizens and pulling the trigger so it was covered up. Lack of wreckage(because it was destroyed in the air) and the sudden rapid descent are all pretty telling.

Everyone who's looked at it knows that's what happened. Even normies who don't follow conspiracy theories. Thing is, it was the right call. There was no way to save them. In that instance shooting down the plane to prevent further loss of life was the best option.

I doubt it. The plane's weren't armed with missiles and the pilot, air control, and ground crews, would have said something by now. That's the biggest problem with any conspiracy theory: people aren't going to keep quiet easily and the more people involved, the harder it gets. Phone calls from the plane mentioned they were planning to try to take the plane back from the hijackers. A few people saw the crash, but none reported seeing damage to the plane or hearing a noise prior, just the plane going down in an inverted dive.

It was likely heading towards the capital. It's a very tough subject, do you let air force pilots take responsibility for the kill and save those on the ground? Or do you just try to figure out where the plane is going, warn people in the predicted area, and let things play out? Neither answer is very good. I believe the Luftwaffe actually says it will NOT shoot down civilian planes because the Constitution of Germany says the armed forces will only be used defensively and they can't prove a hijacked aircraft is part of a terrorist attack or a criminal ransom.

To create something like 9/11 would take thousands of people across multiple sectors. Everyone's story would need to be the same and no one would ever have to feel threatened to reveal the entire thing. Not everyone would destroy all evidence because to be involved in something like that would mean other operations and intel spooks usually keep some dirt as protection.

Regardless of that whole idea, every time I see a claim of it being an inside job, it defies logic. Claiming thing the planes were holograms/drones, that the buildings were hit by planes but then thermite was used to bring them down (Because someone climbed up there without being noticed or killed), that 7 WTC was demolished because it had government offices in it (Even though that was common knowledge then and is easily found by searching for it now).
Honestly, United 93 being shot down is one of the more realistic theories because it doesn't try to change the entire narrative and events of the day. Never said what happened to the passengers once they landed. It's likely they were killed, since they were seen on video being led out of the plane into a hangar and were never heard from again.

And yes it did happen. Footage of them landing at Denver airport was broadcast a few times on major news media like ABC, BBC etc. but as I said almost everything has been scrubbed from the internet.

United 93 was after the two planes hit the WTC and so everyone knew there was something more than an accident going on and that there might be other planes. American 11 and 77 turned off transponders and so they weren't labeled on radars but could still be seen as blips, until they got lost over New York because they were descending in altitude.
Radars were tracking and all flights were being diverted to land. You see a plane not seeming to be heading to an airport, and instead making a sharp U-turn, and you can deduce it has other plans.
