The polymer80 has time and to me again been proven to be nothing more than a super expensive piece of plastic, until you take a drill to that plastic. Why would Amazon care? They sell lots of plastic!

in the command prompt you can copy two files into one file

When you view a jpg, the program starts reading the file, displaying all the data, until it hits the "stop jpg" byte. When opening an archive, the program will skip everything until it finds a "begin archive" byte, reads it, and then stops at the "end archive" byte.

i have experimented with concatenating other files together using the >> operator (text and sound and images for example), but that image seems unique in that the pixels on the bottom of the image contain the code for the archived data, and you can restore the data by saving the file as a 24 bit image. that's really cool!

freecad works without an internet connection and doesn't phone home to check licenses, because there are no licenses.
I put my printer on an air-gapped home network (no way in hell connecting something that can burn down my house to the internet!) so I found it to be the best solution for my needs.

They understand how it works. They're just control freaks who want power over everything.
