Police officer Kristen Richmond was beaten badly by a young university student who received his place of study simply for the merits of being athletic and good at basketball and such.
The young tall and muscular man with short woolly hair however had a drug problem. He was completely out of touch with reality because of heavy PCP use, when he encountered the small, eyeglasses wearing police woman.
The police went to check upon the university premises because this said university student was throwing stuff from the 3rd floor of university to the ground.
The man broke the womans eyeglasses with one blow, then he tried to take her gun. Luckily she had a police dog with her. The dog subdued the man. She didn't have to fire a gun.
Even after being handcuffed by a woman while fighting with the dog, the man tried to bite the police woman who was at this point able to evade such attempts.
Maybe you guys should think about making PCP illegal?

Bruh, he's right. Someone high off their tits on a drug like that fights at 110%. The drug numbs pain so not only do they not feel it when you hit them, it's like the limiters on their muscles are relaxed, letting them tap into their inner retard strength. Unless they've also got a knife on them or something then there's still not sufficient cause to shoot them, so you end up having to have at least one guy contain each limb and two more to help manouver them into restraints.
