When is the ideal age for women to marry? At what age should we encourage and force women to enter the only institution that keeps society stable, civil and peaceful?

lol I think at 27 a lot of women wish they would be forced to marry. They usually start offing themselves at 30 when they realize all their hatred led them to a lonely life of cats and wine.

In the olden days, a woman would be married in her mid-teens to a suitor often chosen by her family. In addition, her husband was essentially an extension of her father, who gave her love, affection, attention, albeit in a more sexual manner. The sexual revolution hammered the last nail in that coffin, giving women the liberty to decide their romantic partner and age of marriage. Time will tell how this new non-patriarchal system will affect society.

18-22 was fine in the 80s or before when people's adult lives started at 16. These days, 22 year olds have usually completed the adult daycare center called college and have started their first jobs.

By 25, they have worked for a few years so they have a clue what money, independence and everything else looks like. So they could stand a chance of raising a kid without fucking it up any more than past generations that had it earlier.
