I have seen firsthand Europeans not being able to handle heat. I was a first responder in the Southwest (different areas) and saw Europeans collapsing of dehydration and heat stroke. There was also a search and rescue op I worked on where a French family visited the White Sands National Monument and couldn't handle it. The parents died and the son lived.
